This is the front. She wanted a Celtic border and a Celtic knot. The border is printed on ivory colored card stock. The circle cut out was also printed on the same, then punched out with a 1 inch circle punch. I layered it on top of a black heavily textured 1.25" cut out.
The inside image--this was the thing I was most proud of! I printed five complete folders onto one 12x12 piece of card stock, and the front and back lined up on all of them!!
This is the back. The two flaps are adhered with sticky-backed velcro fastener. The finished size is 3"X3"
